Our family loves to snack healthy and have learned that a day at the gym cheering on your favorite athlete doesn't have to mean your stuck with unhealthy concession stand food or even worse, going hungry. During a long day at the gym it's important for both parents and kids to stay well fed and keep up their energy. Most gyms don't allow coolers nor will you have space for food that requires a lot of preparation.
